Oak Valley Community Bank (the “Bank”) commenced operations in May 1991. On July 3, 2008, a bank holding company
reorganization was completed whereby Oak Valley Bancorp (the “Company”) became the parent holding company for the
Bank. Virtually all of the Bancorp's business is conducted through its sole wholly owned subsidiary, Oak Valley
Community Bank. Oak Valley Bancorp's ticker symbol is OVLY.
The Bank is insured under the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and is a member of the Federal Reserve. The Bank is
subject to regulation, supervision and regular examination by the California Department of Financial Protection and
Innovation (“DFPI”), the Federal Deposit Insurance Commission (“FDIC”) and the Federal Reserve Board (“FRB”). Since
its formation, the Bank has provided banking services to individuals and businesses in Oakdale, California and the
surrounding areas. The focus of the Bank is to offer a range of consumer and commercial banking services designed for
both individuals and small to medium-sized businesses in the Central Valley, Sacramento Region, and the Eastern
Sierra.
Today, Oak Valley Bancorp operates Oak Valley Community Bank & their Eastern Sierra Community Bank division. They
currently operate through 19 branches: Oakdale, Escalon, Lodi, Manteca, Patterson, Ripon, Roseville, Sacramento,
Stockton, Tracy, Turlock, two branches in Sonora, three branches in Modesto, and three branches in their Eastern
Sierra division, which includes Bridgeport, Mammoth Lakes, and Bishop.
