Christopher M. Courtney Mr. Courtney joined Oak Valley Community Bank in 1996. He became President in 2004 and Chief Executive Officer in 2013 after having previously served the bank as EVP Chief Operating Officer and EVP Chief Credit Officer. He has over 25 years of diverse banking experience, having worked for a major bank, a mid-size bank, and another community bank prior to joining Oak Valley. He has a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from California State University, Sacramento. Courtney is a 1989 graduate of Wells Fargo Bank’s Credit Training Program and a 2000 graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.

Richard A. McCarty Mr. McCarty joined Oak Valley Community Bank in 1996, leaving in 1997 for a two-year stint in the accounting department of Del Monte Foods Corporation. He returned in 1999 as the bank's Chief Financial Officer and later took on a dual role of Chief Administrative Officer. In 2016, McCarty passed the CFO accountabilities and title to Jeff Gall and was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the bank. McCarty has over 20 years of banking experience and has a B.S. in Finance from California State University, Stanislaus.

Michael J. Rodrigues Mr. Rodrigues first joined Oak Valley Community Bank in 1997. He has been the bank's Chief Credit Officer since 2006. Rodrigues has over 25 years of diverse banking experience, joining Oak Valley Community Bank in 1997, as a commercial lender. He has a degree in Business Finance from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is also a 2006 graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.

Janis L. Powers Ms. Powers joined Oak Valley Community Bank in 2000 after relocating from Wichita, Kansas, which is where her banking career began. With over 20 years of diverse banking experience, she has had the opportunity to immerse herself in several of the bank’s business units, including marketing, operations, and compliance. In 2005, she moved into Risk Management and began overseeing the bank’s governance and strategy for enterprise risk. Powers also manages Compliance, Audit, BSA, CRA and Fraud Prevention.

Russell E.Stahl Mr. Stahl has over 25 years of bank operations experience, including more than two decades within the information technology area. Since joining Oak Valley Community Bank in 1998, he has managed the development, operations, and security of the bank’s technology infrastructure.

Gary W. Stephens Mr. Stephens joined Oak Valley Community Bank in 2004. He has over 30 years of commercial banking experience. Stephens has served the bank in a wide variety of roles including Commercial Loan Team Leader, SVP Credit Administrator, and SVP Senior Lending Officer. He earned his B.S. Degree in Finance and his MBA from San Jose State University. He is also a 2011 graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.

Terrance P. Withrow Director of Oak Valley Community Bank since 2013. Mr. Withrow is a Partner of Withrow Koftinow Callaway & Baggett, LLP., Certified Public Accountants. He is a current member of the California Society of CPAs and has served as a Stanislaus County Supervisor for District 3 since 2011. Mr. Withrow is a Modesto resident. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from California State University, Stanislaus. Mr. Withrow is also an almond and grape farmer.

Danny L. Titus Director of Oak Valley Community Bank since 1992. Mr. Titus is currently the President of Situs Investments, Inc., and manages real estate and investments. Mr. Titus was formerly the general manager of Steelfard, Inc., a manufacturer of portable buildings.

Donald L. Barton Director of Oak Valley Community Bank since 2006. Mr Barton is the managing partner at GoldRiver Orchards, a local walnut processing operation. He is a Stanford graduate and earned his MBA from Santa Clara University. Mr. Barton is an Oakdale resident.

James L. Gilbert Director of Oak Valley Community Bank since 1991. Mr. Gilbert has lived in Oakdale since 1946. Mr. Gilbert is involved in the feed and seed business as well as retail feed stores and almond farming.

Thomas A. Haidlen Director of Oak Valley Community Bank since 1991. Mr. Haidlen has been a resident of Oakdale for over 50 years, and owns and operates the Ford-Mercury dealership in Oakdale.

H. Randolph Holder Jr. H. Randolph Holder is President and CEO of Clarke Broadcasting Corp., which owns and operates KVML, KZSQ, and KKBN; Sonora’s local radio stations since 1986. In 2000, he launched the mymotherlode.com website and community portal. Holder resided in Sonora from 1986 to 1999 and currently maintains his businesses and a home in the community. He has been active in community affairs and is past President of the Tuolumne County Chamber of Commerce, the Economic Development Company of Tuolumne County Club, and a past Director of the Sonora Community Hospital Governing Board. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.A. degree in Business Administration.

Michael Q. Jones Director of Oak Valley Community Bank since 2004. Mr. Jones has been a resident of Sonora since 1974. Mr. Jones is the retired Chairman of California Gold Development Corporation and Prudential California Realty.

Allison Cherry Lafferty Director of Oak Valley Community bank since 2017. Mrs. Lafferty is President and Managing Shareholder at Kroloff, Belcher, Smart, Perry & Christopherson, a Professional Law Corporation. She has been with the firm since 1999, owner since 2006, and served as Managing Partner since 2014. Lafferty earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, With Distinction. She is a member of the California State Bar Business Law Section, Agribusiness Committee. Lafferty is a San Joaquin resident.

Daniel J. Leonard Director of Oak Valley Community Bank since 2012. Mr. Leonard is the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Bronco Wine Company. He has been with the company for over 25 years. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Mr. Leonard currently resides in Modesto.

Ronald C. Martin Director of Oak Valley Community Bank since 1992. Mr. Martin served as Oak Valley’s President and Chief Executive Officer from 1992 until 2004 and CEO from 2004 until his retirement in 2013. He began his banking career in 1977 with River City Bank in Sacramento and was President and Chief Executive Officer of Butte Savings and Loans Association in Chico prior to joining Oak Valley. Mr. Martin has a B.S. in accounting from the University of Arizona.

Janet S. Pelton Director of Oak Valley Community Bank since 2013. Mrs. Pelton is the Estate and Trusts Partner of Atherton & Associates, LLP, CPAs. She has been with the firm since 1978, serving in numerous roles including Managing Partner from 2003 to 2013. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs. Mrs. Pelton is a Modesto resident and she holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
